Milan Fashion Week - D&G spring 2011

Domenico Dolce Stefano Gabbana announced that yesterday’s D&G Spring Ready-to-Wear 2012 show would be their last; they’ll be folding the line under their main brand Dolce & Gabbana
Fashionably, their ultimate collection for D&G seemed more grown up –handkerchief prints and hems, resort ready slacks, dripping gold jewellery– yet still stayed true to D&G’s signature funk with an onslaught of simmering colors, ribbon laden platform heels, and fun scarf prints in gold, blue, pink, red, and green combined with button down white shirts in short suits or mixed and matched skirts and gown. Truly amazing colours, I’m a sucker for colour in cool combinations and this collection was a jaw dropper finale.

Dolce has come up with another unique collection yet again! This time Carre patterns ruled the runways! I have never imagines these strong patterns outlined with gold,( most commonly used on scarves) to be the key piece in the most creative collection I've seen for D&G and for MFW.

Thanks to D&G
I've finally figured out  my debut dress!
